NEWFLO was founded in 1994, starting from humble beginnings, operating out of a home-based setup.
The company’s growth led to acquiring a small warehouse in Salak South, marking its first significant expansion in operations.
In 2002, the company achieved a major milestone by becoming the sole distributor of AFA valves in Malaysia, solidifying its presence in the market.
After years of growth, the company moved to a bigger warehouse in Balakong in 2009 to accommodate increased demand and expand its distribution capacity.
NEWFLO underwent a rebranding, introducing a new logo to reflect its evolving brand identity and modern vision.
The company expanded its product range in 2015 by introducing LEDE mechanical couplings and fittings as well as MIHA brass valves into its portfolio, enhancing its offerings in key areas of the market.
The company diversified its business by establishing a subsidiary company, Newflo Industries, in 2019 to support further growth and innovation.
In 2024, the company brought in JIANZHI G.I. and Black Pipe Fittings, further expanding its product lineup and meeting the demands of a broader market.
